So I made a deposit Dec 17 and won $5400 I had uploaded my required documents and thought my account was verified I have the approved on my ID the payment method and my phone bill. They didn't let me withdrawal my winnings. I'm down to around $2500 and still won't let me withdrawal after around Dec 20th they asked for a verification video i provided and waited 5 more days just to be asked for a Notarized ID so I went to a notary paid the $54 and sent it to them Dec 26th also I sent them some proof of employment and my phone bill again. Not sure why they needed my phone bill again? But I went it anyway. There has been to communication at all with the verification team and the main support said it can take up to 5 days they all of a sudden it's 1p days well it's been 12 days. I feel this practice is very unethical. I didn't want to complain just don't want other people to have to go through this. I have 3 other verified accounts under the same brand xxl services and really don't understand why it has taken so long my other account I didn't win on were 2 days max :( thankyou for any help or insight you can provide it's much appreciated.
