Maybe you can talk to Lucky Ones and explain the situation to them?

Hey! I need your help urgently! I am in a complete panic because of Lucky Ones casino. They blocked my account and I can’t withdraw my winnings of 160 dollars! This is just a nightmare! Okay, I know it's partly my fault. I was a total idiot and signed up for Lucky Ones twice. I first created an account on July 10th, but then forgot my password. Instead of just resetting it, I freaked out and created a new account on July 12th. Stupid, huh? But here's the thing: I played fair! I got lucky on the second account and won. And when I tried to withdraw money, bam! - the account was blocked. I wrote to their support and they replied that I have multiple accounts, that it is a violation of the rules, and now they will confiscate my winnings! Guys, I am shocked! Yes, I screwed up with the registration, but I did not try to deceive them or anything like that! Please help me! I know I did something stupid, but should I really lose all my money because of such a mistake? Maybe you can talk to Lucky Ones and explain the situation to them? I'm even willing to pay a fine or something like that, just to get back at least part of my winnings! P.S. I swear I will never create multiple accounts again! Lesson learned for life!
Hello! Thank you for contacting us. However, we must note that creating multiple accounts is indeed a serious violation of the rules of most online casinos. Before we can take any action, we need some additional information: 1. Logins or emails from both accounts 2. If possible, screenshots of communication with support Please send this data in a private message. After studying it, we will be able to assess the possibilities of resolving the situation.
Oh, thank you for at least answering! I thought all was lost. Sent it. Listen, do you think there's a chance I'll get at least some of my money back? I know it's my own fault, but maybe if I explain to the casino that it was just a stupid mistake and not an attempt at fraud? And here's another thing... I've been reading on the forums, and it turns out that many people accidentally create duplicate accounts. Are they really punishing everyone so severely? Maybe there are some standard procedures for such cases?
Hello. During our investigation, we found out that you had created accounts at Lucky Ones before and used the welcome bonuses. Account blocking in such cases is written in the casino's terms of use. Your account has been blocked and your winnings have been reset. We believe this decision is fair, given the circumstances.
