I've been a loyal and consistent fully verified player for about 2 years now. They've done this to me 4 times now. When I go on a winning streak after making a certain amount of withdrawal requests they will stall on a withdrawal and customer service will assure you there's no problems but the withdrawal will take 24 hours which is bizarre as every withdrawal up to that point has taken 20 min but ok so I wait and after 24 hours they reject the withdrawal with the reason of technical error so I try and make the withdrawal again and again they stall and after waiting another 24 hours they reject it again this time demanding I authorize payment methods that have nothing to do with my withdrawal transaction including methods I no longer have or use citing they're concerned about fraudulent transactions. Which is absolute garbage and a double standard. They never once have postponed a deposit I've made due to fraudulent concerns and only have these concerns when they have to pay out money I've rightfully won. I refuse to play at this shady casino anymore.
