Hello. I would like to complain about Tournaverse Casino. I recently had a problem with withdrawing funds. I have been playing at this casino for several months and have never encountered such difficulties, so it is especially offensive. On July 10, 2024, I submitted a request to withdraw my $500. Usually, the process takes no more than 48 hours, but this time, everything went wrong. It's been 8 days and the money hasn't arrived in my account yet. Tournaverse support initially said they were checking, then simply stopped responding to my messages. I provided all the necessary documents for verification at the beginning of my game, and I don't understand why such problems have arisen now. I am attaching screenshots of the correspondence with support, where you can see that they first promised to look into it, and then simply ignored my messages.
