Hello, i started playing fairspin and i got an 1000 euro bonus (first deposit bonus) and i wagered it and i had 4200 euro, but I only got 1000 euro, i wrote to the live chat, but they keep lying about the bonus terms, i mean there is the terms and they said completly different things, but you can see everything in the screenshoots, please help me with this, thank you

But in the terms its nothing about the maximum winnings from my bonus, nowhere says i will got the original bonus and the other winnings vanish after the wager, the terms says its for the freespins, non deposit bonuses and for the freebet, my bonus is not mentioned there so there is nothing about any maximum winnings on the first deposit bonus, so i would like to get the other 3200 euro
