They block smart winning players and steal their funds, on ground of suspected arbing. I wrote to them numerous times. Answer (the only that is not repeating): Our security team has detected manipulations and schemes in gaming behavior, which is a gross violation of our rules. You have the right to contact us wherever you see fit, and we, for our part, are ready to provide all evidence of manipulations and violations of the rules. For any details, please contact technical support on our website, either by email **** or via live chat on the website itself.Thank you for your understanding! A asked of course for some evidence, asked again and again and nothing, same generic responses. Please blacklist them!
Yes that is the casino, thank you very much for responding so quickly, the registered email address is nenadmaksim@gmail.com. I will try to upload the whole correspondence in chronological order, hope it is going to make sense. Basically in their first response they quoted the T&C and wrote they analysed my account and noticed manipulations. All my later responses were attempts to get some explanation or proofs for this, they always answered in generic general way. My questions and problem with their decision should be clear from the correspondence itself. I am not gonna lie, I try to bet in responsable way, and I try to find value in every bet I play, I also study lots of forums, reddit, other sources...but I always bet on their sportsbook offer, and with limits they provide. They could have limited me any time, or declared any bet voided, why is this a problem? If it's about casino games, I am even more confused, played lots of playsson games, but no particular tactics. Also poker Texas holdem, with the double up tactics. I was not aware this was against the rules.
Hello nenadmaksim, We understand that you’ve expressed concerns about the closure of your account and the associated forfeiture of funds. After an extensive and multi-layered review by our responsible gaming and security departments, your account was found to be in clear violation of several critical points outlined in our Terms & Conditions, which all players agree to upon registration. To clarify: Our team identified manipulative patterns and irregular gameplay behaviors across gaming verticals. These were not isolated incidents but part of a broader betting strategy that included elements such as system exploitation, suspicious use of doubling strategies, and possible third-party play assistance. The violations fall under sections 2.4.9 and 9.3 of our Terms & Conditions, which explicitly prohibit fraudulent, collusive, or software-assisted activities. The decision to permanently block your account and forfeit the balance is in full alignment with our regulatory obligations and internal policy for safeguarding the integrity of our platform. You mentioned playing "smart" and "within limits"—we do respect strategic players. However, when activity crosses into manipulation or abuse of the system, we are required to act to protect the fairness of the platform for all users. After a thorough investigation by our compliance and security teams, a final decision has been made regarding your account status based on clear violations of our Terms & Conditions. All relevant procedures were followed, and we see no grounds for further review or reconsideration. While we respect your right to express your opinion publicly, please understand that the case has been closed from our side.
@BigBetty Partners / KokoBet – I will try to keep my answers short and direct. Why? Because your response was deliberately vague and complicated for one reason only, you have no real proof since there can't be real proof for this. Let’s dissect your fraud: Your ‘Violation’ Claims Are Meaningless You accuse me of “manipulative patterns across verticals”—but can’t specify a single bet, rule, or algorithm I broke. I placed bets on markets YOU offered, within YOUR own limits. If my strategy was ‘forbidden,’ why were: All bets accepted in real-time? My one €300 withdrawal approved? No warnings ever given? You Operate in Bad Faith Only limited my account when I tried withdrawing my 700+ €. Blocked it completely after the request—a textbook scam move. Now you hide behind generic T&C clauses because you can’t justify theft. The Legal Reality You must prove wrongdoing, I don’t have to ‘disprove’ imaginary violations or anything for that matter, you had the burden of proof and you have made your case in your answer. Now the Casino community here can assess if it justifies the wrongdoing you have conducted. Regulators (MGA/UKGC) require evidence—not just “we detected something” hand-waving. Retroactive confiscation after withdrawals is illegal in licensed jurisdictions and you know this too. What separates honest and fair casino houses are exactly cases like this.

What exactly did the player do? Please describe it in more detail. Who did he conspire with, for example, to make a profit, what games did he play, what strategy did he have. Thank you.

Hi Mike, does the casino have some time limitation for their answer or not really? I paused my other activities against the casino, hoping we could come to some agreement based on this complaint, and they would perhaps rethink their position.
I have written to the casino representative again, if they do not respond, we will add the casino to the blacklist.
Dear Forum Representatives, As stated in our initial response, the player’s account was permanently closed following a comprehensive review by our responsible gaming, compliance, and security teams. The decision was based on multiple violations of our Terms & Conditions—specifically sections 2.4.9 and 9.3, which relate to fraudulent, manipulative, or software-assisted activity. Following your request for further clarification, we would like to share more detailed information and context regarding one of the key findings that led to the enforcement action. Key Violation: Value Betting Pattern Our systems flagged consistent engagement in value betting—an advanced betting strategy designed to exploit discrepancies between a bookmaker’s odds and actual probability. While value betting in itself is not explicitly illegal, it becomes a clear violation of our platform rules when used systematically and in ways that circumvent intended fair play mechanisms. Our Terms prohibit manipulative betting strategies that undermine the integrity of our offerings. To illustrate, the user placed multiple bets on events that displayed highly abnormal value characteristics, such as: ITF Bengaluru, Women – Jeanjean, Leolia vs. Udvardy, Panna This and similar matches were part of a detected pattern where the odds were significantly overvalued according to standard probability models. For example: Bookmaker odds offered: 2.50 Calculated real probability (based on internal risk models): 50% Fair odds should have been: 2.00 This discrepancy made the 2.50 line a high-value bet, indicating intentional targeting of mispriced markets. As part of this communication, we have attached media proof demonstrating the specific betting activity on the above-mentioned match (ITF Bengaluru, Women), which clearly supports our case of value-based manipulation. We emphasize that our platform welcomes all strategic and knowledgeable players, but when patterns reveal exploitation beyond fair gaming practices, we are obligated to intervene for the protection of the platform and its users. All procedures were carried out with full adherence to internal protocols and regulatory expectations. The final decision regarding this account stands and we see no grounds for further dispute resolution. We appreciate your understanding and remain available for any further clarification you may require.
I feel I have to add the first response from koko.bet again. Thank you for referencing Sections 2.4.9 and 9.3 of your Terms & Conditions. After reviewing your claims, I’d like to respond with the following: 1. No fraudulent or unlawful behavior occurred. I did not use any VPNs, bots, software tools, collusion, or third-party access. All bets were placed manually, from my personal device, using your official Kokobet platform and markets. 2. Value betting is not fraud, and your Terms are vague. You claim “value betting” is the reason for account closure, yet nowhere in your Terms is this defined, mentioned or clearly prohibited! Section 2.4.9 refers specifically to “Games” (typically understood as casino games) and not to sports bets, which you are now retroactively targeting. This appears intentionally vague, giving you flexibility to selectively enforce rules when convenient. 3. You accepted all my bets and approved earlier withdrawals. I placed dozens of bets using the same strategy before and after my previous €300 withdrawal, which you processed without issue. If my actions violated any rules, why were those bets accepted and winnings paid out? Why was I never warned or limited? 4. Lack of transparency and poor communication. You have ignored all of my direct emails and only responded publicly on Trustpilot with copy-pasted replies - clearly more concerned with public image than genuine customer support. Even now, your responses are coming only here via a complaint forum, and you respond only after a push from admin, while you continue to ignore me as a player. I want to plea again that you release my withheld funds, or that a fair settlement offer be proposed. Regarding the picked example, I don't feel I have to justify the bet with ,25% better odds' compared to some internal model that probably recalculated the odds after the match. So I should now recall the bet made 3 months ago, and the ladies tennis match with both players behind wta top 100 rankinh of all, and justify why I played something offered with some extra juice and that I happend to be right...Sorry can't do that. I mean, I could argue that point too, but I feel there is no need for that. If the example was Arsenal - Leicester City with odds, say 3.5 on Arsenal win, I wouldn't been able to defend that odds as a regular odds and within the expected margin of error. But let's entertain the possibility I did play exactly that, it still gives you no right to treat me the way you have. After your own terms and conditions you quoted, this is nowhere prohibited! The whole value bets and correct or wrong odds is a serious and complicated matter and it should be taken seriously, but at the end of the day it is your house and you can refuse to offer me further services, but you have to honor the agreement when you accepted my registration, my deposits, and my bets. The finesses of odds movements and what exactly and how many factors influence this subject for different sports are too big issues to be reduced to this discussion. People write books about this, and some people read these books. The bookmakers also invest a lot of time and funds to study this, but I took my time and learned a few things about it too, in my almost 2.5 decades of taking a chance in casinos and betting. I feel I shouldn't be punished for my knowledge. To repeat myself for maybe a 10th time, I urge you to do the right thing here. P.S. Congratulations on your newly acquired trusted casinos status here.

Hi, how much money has been frozen in your account?
Nenad Maksimovic wrote Saturday 19th of April
I think I used 1 or 2 sports bonuses, on the first and possibly the second deposit, played it as a combo bets, and nothing came out of it, the first bonus 100€, second 50€ or 75€. Once again, it is really hard to recall everything from 5-6 months ago, without an access to the account.
Was there a bonus on your last deposit?
