Been waiting 8 days for my withdrawal process to start and nothing yet. No verification request or withdrawal process initiated emails. Everytime I reach out to the online chat it's the same generic response its like I'm talking to a robot or AI and to wait 48 hours even though I've already waited 8 days and they can't explain to me why when I ask them why I should wait 48 hours when I already waited 8 days. It's a large sum and I am not getting any answers.

davemacf31@gmail.com Screenshots of what? It's the same answer everytime I enquire. It's been since 26 April 25. To be honest with you I didn't know I had to make the casino wasn't blacklisted before I registered . I thought they all had rules and governing body to follow but from now on I will.
Update after finally receiving my request for verification I waited an additional 3 days just to be denied verification because my proof of residency was not acceptable they are saying that they consider it to be a mobile phone bill but it is not it is my cable internet home phone which is a landline Bill and it is most up-to-date it is May 2025 on it with my full address on it please see screenshots of the conversation I had today with them. In those screenshots you'll see they contradict themselves because the bill I submitted is for the acceptable bills for proof of residency on their list.

Well now the system says that my verification is complete as seen in the screenshot I've uploaded. I then went on to the chat to ask them how long it would be before I would see any funds and they are telling me a very generic response that my verification is not complete and there's a third stage that needs to be done and I will be notified by email when the third stage is done. This is my second kick at verification going on the 4th day of verification and now I'm being told there's another stage.

Now you need patience... They'll be messing with your brain for a long time, maybe 2 months, maybe 3 months. They do this so that you lose your winnings, friend.
