I had a similar experience with another casino (won’t name it so it doesn’t come off as an ad). They froze my winnings, dragged out verification, then made up some nonsense about “unusual activity.” I barely got half of it back after six months! So yeah, I really feel for nenadmaksim. It’s super stressful!
