Bullcasino ignored my self exclusion

Hello, I need help with the Bullcasino. I registered with the casino about three weeks ago and in the course of the time I've spent in the casino, I've realized that I'm playing way too much. And making far too many deposits. I then replied to the casino on 2.5.2024 to an email in which I informed the casino that my gambling behavior was currently getting out of hand, that I had a problem with spending so much time and money at the casino and asked the casino to close my account. In doing so, I adhered to the self-exclusion provisions of the general terms and conditions. I made it clear in my email to the casino that I no longer wish to make deposits at the casino after May 2, 2024. According to the casino, emails are processed within 24 hours; previously I had even received a reply after just a few hours. Unfortunately, the casino did not implement an email request and so I was able to use my account as normal on May 3, 2024 without any restrictions, although I clearly requested these restrictions due to gambling addiction. I contacted the casino and at the same time requested a refund of all deposits made after May 2, 2024. The casino only says it did not receive my email regarding the self closing and therefore there is no reason for a refund. Can you please help me to get my deposits from 3.5.2024 back, as the casino has violated its terms and conditions for responsible gaming and should have excluded me as required, so that I could not have made any further payments? Hello my friend. We do not have a BullCasino in the rating, but we will add it to the rating and immediately add it to the blacklist. This casino is behaving very badly.

The website is bullcasino.com Could you contact them and try to involve so they pay’s a refund of all my deposits after 2nd of march 2024? I tried to solve it with them, but they just reply with ‚We don’t send you a refund‘. But they did not closed my account as per request, so they just want me to deposit and play and loose money.

I wrote to the casino today and am waiting for a response. I don't think they will agree, then I will add them to the blacklist.
