Verde Casino act against their terms and conditions and did not closed my account per request

Hello, I need help with Verdecasino. On 11th July 2023 I found this casino via google and wrote them an email regarding a Self exclusion because of gambling addiction. At this time I was strongly gambling addicted and as part of my healing process I wrote all new casinos I found and self excluded myself at this casinos. This I did also with Verdecasino and wrote them about my gambling addiction and excluded myself without any possibility to create a new account or deposit money to this casino in the future. This year in June about 2 weeks ago I was able to create an account and deposit money to this casino. I played and had a loss of 1215€. 120€ are still on my account but I can’t withdraw it. I want a full refund of the amount 1215€ from the casino. Here the casino act against their terms and conditions and did not excluded myself as per request. I already contacted the casino about this case, but they just told me to open a complaint and involve a third person. So I really hope you can help me to get a full refund of my deposits because the casino violated their terms and conditions. If you need anything just contact me. Thanks. Pascal107
