After accumulating winnings of €33,000, I asked the casino to suspend my gaming activity so as not to lose my winnings. I sent an email to support as per section 4 of their terms and conditions asking them to block my gaming activity allowing me to make new withdrawals. They denied my request claiming that with an active balance and/or pending withdrawals they do not allow the closure/blocking or self-exclusion of the account. The next day I lost everything!

No player protection to protect their winnings because they refuse to self-exclude me from gaming activity while having an active balance! Eventually they achieved their fraudulent goal and I lost everything. About 33000€

I advise you not to play at all, since you can't control yourself. Or choose a casino where you can set a limit on loss, but there are few such casinos. Personally, after winning, I gave the login and password from the casino to my wife.

You warned me but the facts had already happened. I believe it is unfair for a casino not to be able to offer a player the opportunity to protect their winnings by self-excluding from the game. Furthermore, in their terms and conditions it is written that you can request a break from the game but they denied it to me because I had an active balance. It was clear that the casino wanted to make me lose everything because I couldn't even ask for withdrawals since they had invented an analysis of my gaming session at the provider.This analysis would last 14 days and during that time I was not allowed to draw blood.
