Hey, I am requesting a refund of 2660$ from Nummus Casino as my gambling addiction was ignored and I was encouraged to deposit and I hope for your assistance. I really liked the casino at first. When I realized that my gambling behavior was getting out of control, I contacted the casino several times to protect myself. First, I contacted the live chat and asked about limits, which is possible according to the general terms and conditions. I was only told that this function is currently not available. Then I wanted to close my account directly in the settings, but I still had an outstanding withdrawal. I then contacted the live chat and asked if my withdrawal could please be processed, as I would like to close my account due to gambling problems. I was told via live chat that I should make more deposits and then my withdrawal would be processed faster. Of course this did not happen, I made further deposits and my withdrawal was of course not prioritized. On September 19, I then contacted the casino via email about my gambling addiction and requested a self-exclusion. This was also never processed, my customer was only closed when I contacted my Telegram admin about a refund. He even told me whether I would agree to a refund of 50%, which is 1330$. I accepted this but was then told that the ‚payment team can’t refund a closed account‘ - but that’s bullshit. Could you help me and communicate with the casino so I will receive my refund?
