I have had very poor experience with MidasLuck customer service. I played a game of live blackjack and won. But the winning balance never updated to the site. I created a support ticket and also I included ticket number that the live casino support created because they also noticed it wasnt paid to my acclunt. After 35 days and couple heads up messages still nothing. Seems weird how it can take +35 days when they have all the information to resomve this missing balance..
