Dear Forum Representatives, As stated in our initial response, the player’s account was permanently closed following a comprehensive review by our responsible gaming, compliance, and security teams. The decision was based on multiple violations of our Terms & Conditions—specifically sections 2.4.9 and 9.3, which relate to fraudulent, manipulative, or software-assisted activity. Following your request for further clarification, we would like to share more detailed information and context regarding one of the key findings that led to the enforcement action. Key Violation: Value Betting Pattern Our systems flagged consistent engagement in value betting—an advanced betting strategy designed to exploit discrepancies between a bookmaker’s odds and actual probability. While value betting in itself is not explicitly illegal, it becomes a clear violation of our platform rules when used systematically and in ways that circumvent intended fair play mechanisms. Our Terms prohibit manipulative betting strategies that undermine the integrity of our offerings. To illustrate, the user placed multiple bets on events that displayed highly abnormal value characteristics, such as: ITF Bengaluru, Women – Jeanjean, Leolia vs. Udvardy, Panna This and similar matches were part of a detected pattern where the odds were significantly overvalued according to standard probability models. For example: Bookmaker odds offered: 2.50 Calculated real probability (based on internal risk models): 50% Fair odds should have been: 2.00 This discrepancy made the 2.50 line a high-value bet, indicating intentional targeting of mispriced markets. As part of this communication, we have attached media proof demonstrating the specific betting activity on the above-mentioned match (ITF Bengaluru, Women), which clearly supports our case of value-based manipulation. We emphasize that our platform welcomes all strategic and knowledgeable players, but when patterns reveal exploitation beyond fair gaming practices, we are obligated to intervene for the protection of the platform and its users. All procedures were carried out with full adherence to internal protocols and regulatory expectations. The final decision regarding this account stands and we see no grounds for further dispute resolution. We appreciate your understanding and remain available for any further clarification you may require.
When I'm unlucky in an online casino, I also often go to raise my bet. If you want to close a player's account, this is your full right. Normal casinos first pay out the money that is in the player's account, and then close the player's account. Pay him the winnings, or refund the amount of all the player's deposits. Or I'll add you to the blacklist. Thank you.
We understand the importance of transparency and trust in our interactions with users, but we feel it is necessary to reiterate the seriousness of the violations committed by the player in question. The findings of our investigation clearly indicate that the user engaged in fraudulent activities that not only violate our policies but also breach the ethical standards that we uphold on our platform. While we understand your concern regarding the player's balance, we must emphasize that the decision to block the player's account and withhold the funds is based on player's fraud. This is not a case of normal betting behavior—it is a clear instance of fraudulent manipulation and deliberate exploitation of our platform for personal gain. The player in question engaged in a systematic and calculated strategy of value betting, a form of exploitation where odds discrepancies are targeted with the sole intent of undermining the integrity of our system. This behavior was not an isolated incident but rather part of an ongoing pattern of manipulation. The user actively sought to exploit vulnerabilities in the odds offered, which is explicitly prohibited under our Terms & Conditions. The activity was clearly not the result of normal strategic betting, but rather a fraudulent attempt to deceive and profit from the platform. We want to stress that illegal or fraudulent winnings are never paid out on any casino. We are fully committed to maintaining the integrity of our platform, and we cannot allow any player to benefit from actions that compromise the fairness of the system and the experience of other users. Our platform has stringent measures in place to protect all users from such deceptive activities, and we are fully within our rights to forfeit the funds associated with this type of conduct. Any winnings that are obtained through manipulation, fraud, or exploitation are considered invalid, and as a result, no funds will be refunded in this case. We fully respect the forum's right to share opinions, but we must stand firm on this decision. We cannot tolerate fraudulent activities that harm the platform and our loyal players. This action was taken in full adherence to our Terms & Conditions and industry standards, and it was necessary to protect the fairness and security of our platform. We trust you will understand the gravity of the player's actions and the need for us to take such a decisive stand. We are more than willing to provide further clarification if required, but we stand by our decision.
Once again, no actual evidence has been presented to justify the seizure of my €700+ balance. The casino continues with vague accusations of “fraud” and “manipulation” without addressing key facts: - You accepted every bet I placed! - You never limited, warned, or voided any of my bets! Labeling strategic betting as “fraud” after the fact, without specific proof or transparency, simply shows the lack of knowledge in that topic and I will no longer try to explain this. If you can't handle sports section and everything that comes with odds movements, stop offering sports in your casino! I continue to request my funds back.
Hello Mike, I have found out on their site bigbetty.io there are other casinos of their ,brand'. You have bethall casino without any rating, and spinybet casino listed as doubtful here on casinosincanada. They obviously have the same policy in all of their casinos, in this case, all of these are going to be blacklisted? Once again, thank you for your help.
After careful review and internal discussions with our legal and compliance departments, we acknowledge the importance of maintaining open and fair communication with the broader player community, as well as your forum. While we firmly stand by the results of our investigation—which revealed serious breaches of our Terms & Conditions through systematic value betting and manipulative activity—we also recognize the value of good-faith resolution when possible. As a gesture of goodwill and with the aim of resolving this dispute amicably, we are prepared to offer the player a refund of the remaining portion of his deposit amount, after adjusting for previously processed withdrawals. We emphasize that this is an exceptional offer and a reflection of our willingness to find a fair conclusion to the matter, despite the clear and documented violations that would otherwise justify full forfeiture under our policies. While your activity on our platform violated several critical terms, in the spirit of resolution, we are extending this one-time opportunity to refund the remaining portion of your deposits. This proposal reflects our commitment to fairness and transparency—even in difficult cases. We hope that this gesture will be recognized as a reasonable and positive resolution to the situation. Furthermore, we kindly ask that, upon finalization of this settlement with the player, our brand be removed from your forum's blacklist. We believe this outcome honors both your community’s standards and our platform's right to uphold integrity. Please confirm whether you consider this resolution acceptable. Should you or the player have any questions or require further clarification, we remain at your disposal.

Did you get your money back?
Hi Mike, I received no money from Koko.bet and I am still blocked. Once again, I firmly reject the accusation that I engaged in any kind of manipulative or fraudulent betting. If the casino maintains this storyline, I have a better proposal: - declare every ,manipulative value bet' I ever made as voided bet with odds 1.00 (won or lost) and let's see what that does to my account saldo. It should sum up to the total sum of my deposits, correct? As mentioned, I am still blocked from accessing my account and cannot verify my full betting and deposit history. If my account goes to minus for some reason after proposed cancelation of all ,manipulative bets', I am prepared to make the payout to the Casino. I think this is a fair offer.
Hi Mike, I have been offered the remaining funds of my total deposit sum, 126€ in total. My total remaining funds are unknown to me since I am blocked, but somewhere around 700€. The confusion came due to the interpretation of your formulation in the last post: ''We are waiting for the refund of the remaining funds from the player's account. I wrote to the casino representative personally'' Previously, at some point, you also wrote in the discussion on the complaint: “Pay him the winnings, or refund the amount of all the player's deposits.” Koko.bet is now interpreting this as a refund strictly based on Total Deposits – total Withdrawals, offering €126. Could you please confirm whether this interpretation aligns with your original intent? Additionally, I’d like to share some following context: My total deposits were made on four separate occasions, with at least one or two occurring after my initial €300 withdrawal - not sure since I am blocked. The dynamic of my account involved successful play after initial deposit, and I made my only withdrawal, but then the playing was followed by losses, prompting further deposits. This makes the financial picture more complex than simply subtracting withdrawals from deposits. I am still blocked from accessing my account and, therefore, cannot verify my full transaction history. The offer to refund was made only after months of unresolved correspondence, not when the account was first closed in January, which adds to the case’s complexity and context, and I spent numerous hours on this case since January. Would you advise me to post this entire recent correspondence with the casino here for transparency, or there is no need for that? There I offered a middle ground solution to the Casino, 300€ as a total settlement, but this was refused. Thank you again for your help and support. I’m looking forward to your response and the clarification.
Hi Mike, Did you maybe have the chance to check my last post above? I also wanted to remind of the complaint against Moana casino, similar situation, but in this case my total deposits were possible to withdraw without any battle and there was no blocking of the account, they still took more than 400€ of my winings, and they ended up on the black list. Totally deserved, if I may add. I see this case agqinst Koko.bet due to the months long dispute as even worse, in my case at least. Maybe Moana casino had other player complaints also, so it added up. Here the link to that complaint, for a comparison: https://casinosincanada.com/community/forum/forum2/topic17258/
