Wildz refusing withdrawals

Hi I started a Wildz account I deposited 20 euros and accepted the deposit bonus I played through the bonus and withdrew 200 euros The following seeking after depositing and not winning I deposited again accepted the bonus and won again so I withdrew another 201 euros Both deposits were pending ,the account was verified after a while and they said the withdrawals will be completed soon .. Today I received an email saying that both withdrawals has been rejected and monies has been confiscated… I also had 214 euros in my account ,which also has been taken and replaced with my original 40 euros deposit They said that I have played 2 euros in one spin ,which I didn’t because I play a certain system I played the bonus in my option correctly and they have “confiscated “ 615 euros …it is annoying when I told a few people that I have won and everyone of them said the will not pay
