Good afternoon I want to leave a complaint about your casino " Nine" casino "! It's just a nightmare! I funded my account with $200 to take advantage of the "excellent" first deposit bonus. I’m complaining about NineCasino (first time surprisingly)… for the past 30 days (maybe more) I’ve deposited $30-$50 periodically and tried my luck on games that have shown me big winnings in the past; only to now experience ZERO winnings. I’m not even exaggerating… it’s one thing to spin and see a .20 win or by the grace of god a $1-100 win fr om a single spin but to see zero return on a 96% RTP game with a $50 deposit spent only on that game; shows that the algorithm is completely flawed or is an utter lie.. Luck of Tiget has 3 bags wh ere you fill coins until it’s to the brim, then they turn gold and activate a bonus round. I started to notice (more so starting August 1-current) that I can add hundreds of those little coins (from multiple spins) to these bags and they’re more full then me after a 5 course Italian dinner… But zero bonus round.. no trigger.. Nadda! I understand a bonus round is “random” but going from winning $1-300 on these games in June/July and being convinced that Nine is “legit”, to ZERO % RTP on the games I play (luck of tiger/Panda, 888, Diamonds) in August (to now)…that used to show some sort of “potential”, only convinces me that they’ve either turned off my winning odds, turned them off entirely, or banned me from winning without any form of notice… Just because I’m not a high roller maybe?
