I made two deposits of €100 via Skrill and won €1,200 at ProntoBet . After that, I sent all the necessary documents for verification, and they were approved. I requested a withdrawal to my bank account, but after 48 hours my request was still not processed. Their policies clearly state that withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. This is clearly not the case! I contacted support several times, but they only apologized for the delay and did not take any action. I need my withdrawal to be approved ASAP or at least get an explanation for the delay!
