Problems at nine casino

During December 9th and 14th I made deposits in the amount of 6000 euros to play in the hit more gold slot on the ninecasino website. On December 15 I returned to the site and noticed that my game progress had disappeared/restarted. I have already contacted the support of the site several times to ask for the return of this money and they simply refuse to solve my situation. At first they said they didn't keep the progress but after proving that they kept it they changed the excuse.
I have been with nine casino for over one year I have over 7 pending withdrawals which have been sitting independence status for weeks when I speak to them at first they will say in just wait off the time had gone on I kept contacting them then they told me that the reason why my withdrawals are impending is because they are having a technical issue so I said what would you like me to do and can you give me some kind of inclean as to can you sort this out how you're gonna sort yourself they then said to me they don't know when they can sort this out I am at a lost for words as I really don't know what to do could somebody help me
Živjo. Imam težavo z Nino casino.. Želela sem da mi izplačajo denar, napisali so da je zahtev sprejet in kasneje da je plačilo poslano. Po 1 tednu še vedno ni bilo nakazila. Obrnila sem se na svojo banko, kamor so mi sporočili da plačila iz tujine na ta račun niso možna in da denar je bil vrnjen njim nazaj. Ta kartica je namenjena za spletna plačila in je povezana z osnovnim računom. Ninecasino je zahteval kot dokaz, da nisem sprejela sredstv, bančni izpisek. Sem vzela izpisek in njim poslala, problem pa je nastal, ker na izpisku ne piše številka ukazanega računa za nakazilo, ampak številka sklica. Ne glede na to da sem slikala kartico z obemi številkami, podčrtala to številko tudi na izpisku, oni nočejo sprejeti ta dokazila. Vedno zahtevajo izpisek z številko, ki je bila ukazana za nakazilo. Na moj zahtev, da preverijo zavrnjeno plačilo pri sebi ne reagirajo, pošiljajo vedno enako sporočilo. Kako lahko rešim to težavo?
