Hi, on 14th of March I had a balance of 3000€ in the queue for withdrawal at canada777 casino and had the feeling my gambling addiction takes overhand and wanted to close/suspend my account. Canada777 has a self exclusion options directly on their website, but the problem was that I had an active balance and withdrawal in queue so I could not use this function. I asked a few times via live chat and email if they can kindly process my withdrawal with priority because it was a Friday and otherwise I had to wait until Monday and I knew on Saturday I had no plans so in my current mood I would gamble the whole evening. The protect me from this and because they did not processed my withdrawal so I could use the self exclusion option I contacted support and they told me to write an email so they can block me or use their responsible gambling tools. So on 14th of march I wrote an email to their support mail, informing them about my gambling addiction and requested either to be blocked or to suspend my deposit/bet function. I requested this change to be done within 24hrs. No one reacted to this email, my account was still open for use and nothing has been suspended or limited. My account was open until yesterday when I asked the live chat about this case and requested a refund because no one from the support team helped me with my gambling addiction. I also demanded in the email to suspend me also from their sister site europa777. A few days later I was able to create an account with Europa777 and loose their money again. I think in total after my email I lost 2640€ in canada777 and 1400€ in Europa777 which I demand as a refund because the casino did not comply with their terms and ignored my gambling addiction. Can you please help me here? At the moment I don’t receive any answer from the support.

Hey, I am requesting a refund of 2660$ from Nummus Casino as my gambling addiction was ignored and I was encouraged to deposit and I hope for your assistance. I really liked the casino at first. When I realized that my gambling behavior was getting out of control, I contacted the casino several times to protect myself. First, I contacted the live chat and asked about limits, which is possible according to the general terms and conditions. I was only told that this function is currently not available. Then I wanted to close my account directly in the settings, but I still had an outstanding withdrawal. I then contacted the live chat and asked if my withdrawal could please be processed, as I would like to close my account due to gambling problems. I was told via live chat that I should make more deposits and then my withdrawal would be processed faster. Of course this did not happen, I made further deposits and my withdrawal was of course not prioritized. On September 19, I then contacted the casino via email about my gambling addiction and requested a self-exclusion. This was also never processed, my customer was only closed when I contacted my Telegram admin about a refund. He even told me whether I would agree to a refund of 50%, which is 1330$. I accepted this but was then told that the ‚payment team can’t refund a closed account‘ - but that’s bullshit. Could you help me and communicate with the casino so I will receive my refund?

Hello, I need help with Verdecasino. On 11th July 2023 I found this casino via google and wrote them an email regarding a Self exclusion because of gambling addiction. At this time I was strongly gambling addicted and as part of my healing process I wrote all new casinos I found and self excluded myself at this casinos. This I did also with Verdecasino and wrote them about my gambling addiction and excluded myself without any possibility to create a new account or deposit money to this casino in the future. This year in June about 2 weeks ago I was able to create an account and deposit money to this casino. I played and had a loss of 1215€. 120€ are still on my account but I can’t withdraw it. Hello, I need help with the Bullcasino. I registered with the casino about three weeks ago and in the course of the time I've spent in the casino, I've realized that I'm playing way too much. And making far too many deposits. I then replied to the casino on 2.5.2024 to an email in which I informed the casino that my gambling behavior was currently getting out of hand, that I had a problem with spending so much time and money at the casino and asked the casino to close my account. In doing so, I adhered to the self-exclusion provisions of the general terms and conditions. I made it clear in my email to the casino that I no longer wish to make deposits at the casino after May 2, 2024. According to the casino, emails are processed within 24 hours; previously I had even received a reply after just a few hours. Unfortunately, the casino did not implement an email request and so I was able to use my account as normal on May 3, 2024 without any restrictions, although I clearly requested these restrictions due to gambling addiction. I contacted the casino and at the same time requested a refund of all deposits made after May 2, 2024. The casino only says it did not receive my email regarding the self closing and therefore there is no reason for a refund. Can you please help me to get my deposits from 3.5.2024 back, as the casino has violated its terms and conditions for responsible gaming and should have excluded me as required, so that I could not have made any further payments? Hello, I registered at Qassino Casino but did not receive my winnings of €3000. I played in the casino without bonus money and didn't break any rules. When I got verified and wanted to withdraw my winnings, there were problems with the casino because I deposited with a credit card that unfortunately I couldn't withdraw to. Unfortunately my credit card did not accept deposits. I was able to withdraw a total of €100, which was processed from my credit card, but everything else was then declined. So there are still €2900 in my account. So I contacted the casino and asked for an alternative. After much back and forth, the casino agreed that I could also use cryptocurrencies as a withdrawal method. So I requested my next withdrawal via crypto, which has now been unprocessed for 16 days. The casino's statement was that the payment provider had informed the casino that I had allegedly initiated a chargeback on my deposits. Since this is absolutely not true, I wrote to my credit card provider and received an official statement that I have not initiated a chargeback on my deposits and have also attached a transaction list to the casino showing that no chargeback has occurred. So it is clear and proven that I have never initiated a chargeback of my deposits. The casino told me 12 days ago that they have sent the evidence to the payment provider and will get back to me when there is an update. Unfortunately I haven't heard anything since. The live chat no longer responds to me and the casino has not responded to multiple requests for an update. I have not done anything illegal, have always been friendly and cooperative with the casino, and have provided all requested documents directly. But now I'm worried because I'm no longer receiving a response from live chat because the casino no longer responds to my emails and doesn't receive my money. I would appreciate your support.
