I feel I have to add the first response from koko.bet again. Thank you for referencing Sections 2.4.9 and 9.3 of your Terms & Conditions. After reviewing your claims, I’d like to respond with the following:
1. No fraudulent or unlawful behavior occurred.
I did not use any VPNs, bots, software tools, collusion, or third-party access. All bets were placed manually, from my personal device, using your official Kokobet platform and markets.
2. Value betting is not fraud, and your Terms are vague.
You claim “value betting” is the reason for account closure, yet nowhere in your Terms is this defined, mentioned or clearly prohibited!
Section 2.4.9 refers specifically to “Games” (typically understood as casino games) and not to sports bets, which you are now retroactively targeting. This appears intentionally vague, giving you flexibility to selectively enforce rules when convenient.
3. You accepted all my bets and approved earlier withdrawals.
I placed dozens of bets using the same strategy before and after my previous €300 withdrawal, which you processed without issue. If my actions violated any rules, why were those bets accepted and winnings paid out? Why was I never warned or limited?
4. Lack of transparency and poor communication.
You have ignored all of my direct emails and only responded publicly on Trustpilot with copy-pasted replies - clearly more concerned with public image than genuine customer support. Even now, your responses are coming only here via a complaint forum, and you respond only after a push from admin, while you continue to ignore me as a player.
I want to plea again that you release my withheld funds, or that a fair settlement offer be proposed.
Regarding the picked example, I don't feel I have to justify the bet with ,25% better odds' compared to some internal model that probably recalculated the odds after the match.
So I should now recall the bet made 3 months ago, and the ladies tennis match with both players behind wta top 100 rankinh of all, and justify why I played something offered with some extra juice and that I happend to be right...Sorry can't do that. I mean, I could argue that point too, but I feel there is no need for that.
If the example was Arsenal - Leicester City with odds, say 3.5 on Arsenal win, I wouldn't been able to defend that odds as a regular odds and within the expected margin of error.
But let's entertain the possibility I did play exactly that, it still gives you no right to treat me the way you have. After your own terms and conditions you quoted, this is nowhere prohibited!
The whole value bets and correct or wrong odds is a serious and complicated matter and it should be taken seriously, but at the end of the day it is your house and you can refuse to offer me further services, but you have to honor the agreement when you accepted my registration, my deposits, and my bets.
The finesses of odds movements and what exactly and how many factors influence this subject for different sports are too big issues to be reduced to this discussion. People write books about this, and some people read these books.
The bookmakers also invest a lot of time and funds to study this, but I took my time and learned a few things about it too, in my almost 2.5 decades of taking a chance in casinos and betting. I feel I shouldn't be punished for my knowledge.
To repeat myself for maybe a 10th time, I urge you to do the right thing here.
