Horrible experience Horrible experience. I tried it once played with $500 CAD when I came down to cash out it $1500 from my winnings it’s impossible to get it verified. My account is fully verified but for some reason they need to confirm the proof of payment… I sent them my bank statement for the entire month additional my e transfer email confirmation matching the bank statement and a Gov id and they still are stating that I’m not sending the proper documents. This was Feb 20th and now we are first week of March. FRAUD they will not pay you your winnings. They will try their best to delay your process and add more requirements until you give up. I will leave review ON ALL OTHER PLATFORMS until I get in contact with someone that can help me. STAY AWAY THIS IS A -1 star ⭐️ they take your money and don’t honor the payout. Also a guy named Alex was an agent he was THE WORST I EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE. Don’t waste your time and money.
I joined the site a few days ago. I won a few dollars. actually. I deposited about $400 and I ended up with $545. I've tried to withdraw it several times jumping through many hoops. one CSR telling me that my driver's license didn't match my name and the profile. my driver's license has my middle name. there's nowhere to enter a middle name on this site's profile. then four or five times. I've seen that my email address is verified and they're supposed to send me a link so I can resend my identification documents but it never arrives. I've confirmed the email address. they've told me that it'll be sent to that address of mine. it never is. I'm going to dig into this deeper. I do a fair bit of gaming. I'm on various casino and sportsbooks and I posted many reviews and will be following this up in a big way. I've even given them my phone number and said please contact me so we can resolve this. I don't get any response from them. much less any link to submit my documents. definitely not happy I'll let you know if they resolve this, but for now I think they're a scam site. John Zablosky
