Jokersino - wont process withdrawls

After making a few deposits with Jokersino, I met all the wagering requirements and kept depositing to play more. Overall things went well, and I had about $1,500 in separate pending withdrawals. I went through their KYC process, which they confirmed was complete and I was verified. However after a 6 day delay, during which I was told that withdrawals can take 36 hours, to be patient, and a support agent assuring me they're 'not in the business of scamming players' (I never used the word scam), I received an email saying I had violated the ToS and thus all my winnings were being confiscated. Deep in their ToS, they list slots which are 'restricted' for bonus play, but the list includes basically all of their games. Even more ridiculously, I played about 99% of my time on one game, which was not restricted, and only a small handful of spins (which I had a net loss on) on restricted games. They have refused to provide me these winnings, and have not yet processed any of my other withdrawal requests, including my initial deposit, and I am not hopeful they will.
