Wildz casino didn't payed my withdrawal

So, on September 18, I won $500 in Wildz Casino. Then I did my withdrawal. After 15 days, still no money on the account. I talked to the customer support a lot. In the chat today, I mentioned to the customer support that I want to reduce the deposit limit per month. And She decided to close my account due to Responsible gambling!!! And no answer when they pay out $500!!! Scammers!!

The procedure is that now they close your account and refund your deposit.

I have never played in Wildz Casino, but I have seen some reviews on this casino not paying out to the players last year already. Cannot say I want to play there.
