I ask for your help in the situation with BetGRW Casino, which has become a real nightmare for me. I registered on this site on June 10, 2024, made a deposit and started playing. Initially, everything went well, but later problems with bonuses began. Received the welcome bonus as promised, but when trying to complete the bonus wagering requirements, problems started. On June 25, 2024, when I almost reached the required betting turnover, the casino suddenly changed the wagering rules. Suddenly it turned out that some bets no longer count towards the bonus wagering! I did not receive any notifications about the changes, I just discovered it by accident. The support service also leaves much to be desired. I wrote to them several times, the last time was on July 5, 2024. I received only formal answers, and there is still no answer to the last request.
