I have a real problem with Betswap

Hey guys, am I writing this correctly? Should I leave a complaint here? I don't know where else to go, but I have a real problem with Betswap. I registered on their website on June 15, 2024, everything was fine. Then I won a good amount - 1200 CAD. Naturally, I wanted to withdraw the money. And then the problems started. On July 5, I requested a withdrawal, and on July 7, my account was blocked! Like, suspected fraud. What the hell? I wrote to support, asking what kind of nonsense. They replied that they were checking my account. It's been two weeks already, and nothing. I feel like a complete idiot, honestly. I just want my honestly won money. Help, please!
