Dedprz confiscating my money for made up reason

I had deposited 2400 USD into Dedprz and played for some weeks. Then I try to withdraw but am asked to do KYC, which I do and its confirmed quickly. A couple minutes later, I get an email from dedprz accusing me of "Sure betting" and saying for this reason they're confiscating all my money (winnings AND deposit). I've tried reaching out multiple times and explaining that I have not done "sure betting". They give no proof and block me when I try to contact them. I really just want to at least get my deposit back. At this point I'll be willing to let go of the winnings, but keeping my initial deposit for an accusation that isn't correct is just not legal!
