Sijo1982thomas@yahoo.com +353877684793 On 16/03/2025 @ 17.35 GMT I tried to withdraw my funds €500 and balance of €7000 which is being withheld from me without good reason. I’ve contacted customer services on a number of occasions and they are very unhelpful. Nobody will tell me why I have to wait so long and why additional security checks are required. After over 7 business days I still don’t know why my money is not processed and what’s going on. All staff will tell me is that I have to be patient until the process is finished and finance department aware my withdrawal and working hard to process it. No clear information about what exactly is it getting delayed ? staff have given lots apologies refused to provide a time frame. I do hope you can ensure a quick resolution to this situation.
