I joined the site a few days ago. I won a few dollars. actually. I deposited about $400 and I ended up with $545. I've tried to withdraw it several times jumping through many hoops. one CSR telling me that my driver's license didn't match my name and the profile. my driver's license has my middle name. there's nowhere to enter a middle name on this site's profile. then four or five times. I've seen that my email address is verified and they're supposed to send me a link so I can resend my identification documents but it never arrives... NEVER. I've confirmed the email address. they've told me that it'll be sent to that address of mine. it never is. I'm going to dig into this deeper. I do a fair bit of gaming. I'm a client on various casino and sportsbooks and I posted many reviews and will be following this up in a big way. I've even given them my phone number and said please contact me so we can resolve this. I don't get any response from them. much less any link to submit my documents. definitely not happy. I will keep this site posted and other sites too regarding whether this gets resolved or not. John Zablosky
