Help – Betplay Blocked My Account and Took My Balance

I made a withdrawal fr om Betplay on April 6, and by the next day, my account was blocked. They said I violated their rules by having multiple accounts, but I’ve only ever used one. A friend of mine also had his account banned on the same day. The only possible link is we might’ve used the same Wi-Fi once — but that doesn’t mean we’re the same person. They’re now holding a total of $2,950 between us and refuse to review the case properly or accept ID verification. Has anyone dealt with Betplay over something like this?
