Hi everyone, I’m writing this to warn other players about a very frustrating and shady experience I just had with CryptoLeo. I was playing there regularly and had built up over €300 in instant rakeback. On April 19, 2025, I logged in to claim more rakeback like I’ve done before (last one was on April 16), but suddenly everything was gone. No info, no warning—just disappeared. I contacted support and spoke to a bot and then a live agent named Tallulah. She told me that my account had been restricted from bonuses due to an "administrative decision". When I asked why, they couldn’t give me a reason, just told me the decision was final and sent me a link to their general terms & conditions. I was never informed by email or anything, and I had done nothing wrong. This is basically them taking away already earned rakeback and refusing to explain why. They confirmed I had the rakeback before, but now say I’m not eligible “from now on” because of my level (Silver 5), which makes no sense because I was able to claim it before at the same level. I even withdrew earlier the same day without any problem. Then—boom—bonus restriction and money gone. To me, this feels like a clear scam tactic—promise rewards, let you play and build up, then take it away without explanation. I’ve played at many casinos, and I’ve never had this happen. I’ve now lost trust in CryptoLeo and won’t be playing there again. I’ll also be posting this complaint across other review and gambling forums including: AskGamblers Casino Guru Casino.org CasinosInCanada.com Players deserve transparency and fair treatment, not sudden hidden restrictions and vanishing bonuses.
