iWild Casino scammed me out of my money!

This is outrageous!!! iWild Casino scammed me out of my money! I've been playing with them for several months, and everything was fine. But as soon as I won big once - it all started! I honestly played through all the bonuses, requested a withdrawal of 3000 euros, and they blocked my account! Can you believe it?! No explanations whatsoever! I contacted support, but they're stalling. They say I violated some rules there. What rules?! I always played fair! They just don't want to pay out my honest winnings! This is fraud!!! How can they get away with this?! The worst part is, their bonus terms are jaw-dropping - you can't understand them without a dictionary. And I fell for it like a fool! They just scammed me out of 3000 euros!!! Help me get my money back! I'm desperate, I really need this money. Deal with these scammers!!!
The block happened the day before yesterday. I just won at Sugar Rush - about 3690 euros! I played a bit more, started losing. Tried to withdraw right away, but no luck! They said, "Your account is blocked." I almost fell off my chair!!! About the bonus - I took a 100% first deposit bonus, up to 500 euros, I think. The wagering was insane - x50! But like a cursed one, I kept spinning the slots until I cleared it. And now they're like, "Well, hello there, you violated the rules!" What rules, damn it?! Show me where it's written in black and white! I mean, can you imagine such audacity?! I'm just speechless!!!
Good day! We've received a response from iWild Casino. They claim that your account was blocked due to suspicious activity related to a breach of bonus terms. We've requested specific evidence and explanations from them regarding which rules were violated. We also insist on a review of your case, considering the evidence of fair play provided by you.
We have good news! iWild Casino conducted additional investigation and confirmed that an error occurred on their system. Your account will be unblocked, and all funds, including the 3000 euro winnings, will be available for withdrawal within the next 24 hours. They also apologized for any inconvenience caused.
Hi. I saw this post and not sure if I can post here, but will give it a try. Ive had withdrawal pending from iwild casino for one month now. First their verification process was incredibly difficult, but account was in the end verified. I made withdrawal request to revolut, which was my method of payment and is one of their withdrawal options, among other e-wallets. They demand however that I withdraw to my home bank in Norway. Ive explained numerous times on live chat and to KYC that its not an option. Norwegian banks are encouraged to deny transactions from gaming sites by government. Some banks do, some dont. My bank is very strict and sent me a letter threatening to close my bank account if I receive transactions from online gaming sites. I have forwarded this letter both to KYC and live chat, but they just respond with a standard mail every time that I must withdraw to my home bank in Norway. I dont understand this at all. Never experienced anything like it. Made deposit with revolut card, and both card and revilut transfer is withdrawal option at iwild.... Please help if possible. Friend, I will try to help you, but you need to make a separate complaint, specify the E-mail address to which the account is registered and provide screenshots (if any). Thanks!
