I was wagering my first deposit bonus, reached the wagering requirements and right after that, my credit of fairly won money dropped from around 80 euro to less than 14 euro. Shocked and angry, I contacted their support, who after 2 days(!) replied, stating that bonus wins have limits and that it is highlighted in their bonus terms and that is why they took most of my winnings and left me with almost nothing. So first of all: Their first deposit bonus terms state, that a player is allowed to withdraw a win of max. 20 times of the bonus amount. Now let's do the math: I deposited 20 euro. 20×10 = 200. That means, I have the right to claim up to 200 euro from this bonus win!! Based on what right then they confiscated most of my wins if I barely reached 90 euro?? If that is not a scam, then I don't know what is! I think you can make your own opinion... I have a documented proof of this all, unfortunately though, can not post it here. I strongly advise you to stay away from this "casino".
