The lower-paying symbols in Viking Runecraft: Apocalypse consist of five runic stones, awarding 8 to 30 times the bet for wins containing 20 or more symbols. Cascading Wins:

Power of Aesir

Winning symbols, excluding Spirit Wilds and Gift of the Gods Wilds, contribute to filling the charge meter. Collecting 35 symbols activates the Power of Aesir feature, which randomly triggers one of four modifiers:

Trumpet's Screech: Destroys or transforms symbols around 3 random symbols.

Folkvang's Force: Upgrades one symbol type to the next higher symbol.

Mjolnir's Strike: Destroys and transforms 6 to 10 random symbols.

Heaven's Spear: Transforms all higher-paying symbols into the same symbol.

The Ragnarök Free Spin is triggered when no more cascades occur, and you have collected 65 or more symbols on the charge meter. During this feature, all four Power of Aesir modifiers are awarded sequentially for one Free Spin. Each Power of Aesir feature is applied whenever no more cascading wins are achieved. The Ragnarök Free Spin concludes once all the features have been played.

While in the Free Spin, the Gift of the Gods feature cannot be triggered. However, you have the opportunity to collect up to 20 Spirit Wilds. These collected wilds are added back to the grid at the end of the Free Spin if no more wins occur, allowing for potential cascades to continue.

Additionally, the Free Spin introduces a multiplier to the charge meter. Collecting 25, 50, 75, and 100 symbols awards multipliers of 2X, 3X, 5X, and 10X, respectively. This multiplier is applied to the total win.

When the charge meter is within 5 symbols of reaching the Ragnarök Free Spin and no more cascades occur, the Aftershock feature has a chance to trigger. The Aftershock feature creates a win by connecting selected symbols through transforming in-between symbols. If there are Mystery Symbols on the reels, the selected Aftershock symbol will match the Mystery Symbol.
