A widely advertised casino does not pay out winnings under the pretext of checking an account, cheating, etc. support does nothing. Be careful. These are scammers! Stay away from Crazeplay casino that scammed me over $1,700 in winnings after my deposits over $800. When I wanted to withdraw that what I got as an answer: “Please note that your withdrawal request has been declined, your winnings removed, and your deposit refunded. According to our T&C: If a player plays these games while wagering a bonus, the bets placed on these slot games will be subtracted from the player’s real money balance (if available) and they will not contribute towards wagering fulfilment of the pending bonus. Playing bonus funds on such games is prohibited and could lead to all winnings from that promotion being confiscated.” I really thought the casino is legit since it has MGA license. I checked the conditions and there was no part about specific games excluded. Also, I could easily play these “restricted” slots. I have always been a loyal player and this is how they treat me.

I have checked the info you are given. In my opinion, if the casino excludes some games from the promotions and bonuses, they should have never even allowed you to play these games with bonus money. This is such a scam. This is how they assure that the players break the T and Cs. Even though it is your responsibility to check every single game, they should have assured that this never happens.

Yes, if the casino is legit, you should have never been able to play such prohibited games in the first place.

Well, in my opinion, if you decided to play in the casino, you definitely have to be sure to read terms and conditions completely. They did mention it to you with the proper clause why and which games are excluded. At the end of the day, you play with their money and not with your own deposit. Reading through all terms and conditions will save you time and problems like that. Just my opinion.

People want to deposit fast and start playing immediately. Who really reads terms and conditions? Nobody does! That means that after the registration you have accepted the T and Cs and now nothing you can do about it. Of cause, at the end they do extra long T and Cs so nobody bothers to read them. This is a kind of scam for sure.

I actually checked with MGA regarding such a player treatment and they told me it is up to the casino to decide if they warn or prohibit certain slots and games when playing with the bonus.

That is what I mean. At the end of the day, they did mention it in their T and Cs even though they are very long and nobody cares.

There are honest casinos. They work under license and everything. Another thing is that no matter how honest the casino is, no one guarantees you winnings. Here's how lucky. At one's own risk. Therefore, play only with the money, the loss of which will not harm your personal and family budget. So to speak, responsible gambling.
