Leo Vegas violating terms

Hi guys, I would like to get some advice on my problem with Leo Vegas Casino. Back in 2017, I closed by account by Royal Panda casino that is associated with Leo Vegas due to responsible gambling. But after, I could open an account with Leo Vegas and play. I wanted to return my deposit back due to the fact that they let me play even though I was under the responsible gambling clause. After lots of time passed, Leo Vegas finally replied that they will not give me money back as they are different brands. See their license though:

I don’t see how it is a casino problem though. You deposit there and cannot expect a deposit back just because. You need a professional help and not to go to a casino and demand money back.

Seriously, what made you think you can just get the deposit back? I know it is not a joke if you have some issues with RG but if you won, would you also have made the fuss about it? I think no. What you can do is just to contact the licensor for further explanation of what you can do.

I do not play anymore for three years. This post is just about the licensed casino that does not follow the rules of the license. I informed the casino I have a problem and they still allowed me to register by another brand of theirs and play the money I do not have. This is against responsible gambling.

Listen, they do not violate any rules. Leo Vegas has acquired Royal Panda in December 2017. So, if you quit casino before then, it is not their problem.

Don’t you dare to judge me for my problem. All I wanted is to get my deposit back that I should not have made in the first place. I blocked my account due to RG and there is no way that they needed to allow me to do this deposit. I also contacted casino several times and they deny me a withdrawal.

Are you all here ok? Leo Vegas definitely has to pay out her deposit. No matter when and why. This is the one rule all MGA casinos have to follow. And yet, they deny a deposit even after they knew she was addicted to gambling. The rule is very strict.

I emailed Royal Panda on the 6th of March 2017 about my issue with responsible gambling. The casinos are on the same license - MGA/CRP/237/2013. As you can see from the screenshot, they are both on the same URLs. Also, their customer support confirmed me that they are under one license as well. I tried to quit many times and played in Leo Vegas for a long time. Then, I also blocked my account there. If we tell the casino that we suffer of addiction, they have to take it seriously, don’t you think? I also just wanted to get my last deposit back.

I just think you knew that if you lose, you can get the deposit back, that is why you used the scheme like that. You can just claim any time it is a responsible gambling issue. I just do not feel it is fair to the casino.

Every person who spends a lot of time in the casino runs the risk of becoming a gambling addict. This is a dangerous psychological disease in which there is an uncontrollable craving to play. It leads to the most unfavourable consequences. Up to the point that the gamer becomes completely bankrupt and goes to crime to get money. She has the full right to ask the deposit back from the casino.

The problem with all your thoughts here is that the rules of MGA regarding responsible gambling are only towards the one specific brand and not all of the brands of the same group. So, her exclusion does not correspond with Leo Vegas rules. Regardless the same license.
