Hello, I recently made winnings on Nine Casino of 2000 cad only they declined my withdrawal and the money was back in my player account. The same day I made two withdrawal requests one of 1500 and 400 and I kept 100 cad in my player account. And now it's been 3 days that they tell me that my account is subject to verification. while I played in accordance and they tell me that they will get back to me by email, but I have had no response. I just want to recover my winnings. Who can I turn to thank you
