Hello. I have a problem with Nino Casino. I wanted to withdraw money, they wrote to me that the order was being processed, later that the payment was made. A week later, the money was still not in the account. I contacted my bank, they told me that payment fr om abroad to this account is not possible and the money was returned. This account is intended for online payments. I wrote to them that the money was returned to them and that they should return it as good property. They demanded a bank statement. I provided it to them, but the statement indicates a number that links this account to the main account. I sent them a photo of the card, wh ere both numbers are indicated, but they do not want to accept this confirmation and demand a statement with the account number indicated for the transfer of money. They do not respond to all evidence, they send the same answer. They do not want to check it themselves either. Please help me solve this problem.
