Hey, i don‘t know if you can help me out. I am gambling addicted and betted at rolletto/mystake and velobet a lot of money. I have asked them multiple times if they can exclude me fr om santeda even after mystake wh ere i lost a lot in 2022. They knew that i was gambling addicted and i could still deposit and register at rolletto after a few months and after that also at velobet with a lot of losses. Also they don‘t care about GDPR. They have to send me a transaction list of my payments. This i a duty from their licensor. They told me they don‘t do this. So i don‘t know if you can help me with a refund because of the self exclusion that was not happening. I lost around 3.000 euros at mystake, 600 euros at rolletto after that and 1200 Euros at Velobet. Lets start with Velobet first. If i explicitely ask for a self exclusion at santeda casinos do they have to exclude me everywhere or not? Despite they don‘t have a german license they need to care about GDPR or? Can you help me with both? Self exclusion not working and GDPR? Or only with GDPR? Cause that‘s curacao law too. And they decline it
Do I understand correctly that you want to be blocked at the casino, but the casino refuses and you want to know if this is possible?
No its a bit complicated. I deposited at mystake first. Then told them in 2022 i am gambling addicted and want to self exclude me from all santeda casinos. Then registered at rolletto and asked them again to self exclude me from santeda casinos as screen above. Then registered at velobet and lost again money. I mean if i explicitely ask for a self exclusion at all santeda casinos they don‘t have to do this?

If they don‘t have to do this, can you help me get a transaction list regarding GDPR from them? I will probably take legal action against them then because they have no german license. The complaint isn‘t about the missing german license or other licensing issues, cause i already know this won‘t be handled by many forums. But if i try to self exclude me at all santeda casinos and they won‘t do this and let me deposit at other casinos a lot of money too i don‘t consider this as really fair. Also how can they decline GDPR? They were already asked from their licensor CEG at 2022 at mystake because they declined it. Screenshot attached. Now they decline it again at rolletto and velobet

We have contacted the casino representative, fr om you I need screenshots wh ere you ask to be excluded from the casino.
I was excluded from the casino velobet but i have told them at mystake and at rolletto a while ago that i want to be excluded from all santeda casinos and they didn‘t do this. For example in this german screenshot from rolletto i told them a month ago that i am still able to register in other santeda casinos even if i asked them to to self exclude me from all santeda casinos
My english is not very good. I will try to explain better. I asked them to self exclude me from all santeda casinos because of gambling addiction in 2022 at mystake. They didn‘t do this and i deposited 2 months ago at rolletto another 600 euros then asked them again at rolletto for a transaction list of my deposits and withdrawals and a self exclusion from all santeda casinos.they Didn‘t do this. Then a few weeks ago i registered at velobet and lost 1200 euros again because of my gambling addiction
They were already contacted by their licensor CEG in 2022 regarding GDPR and after that complaint they send me one at mystake but now refuse to send me one at rolletto and velobet. And the licensor can‘t be contacted anymore.

Is it possible to exclude me from all santeda casinos or is this not possible? If this is not possible they at least have to send me a transaction list in compliance with GDPR. This is Curacao Law and a duty from their licensor. They have declined this as you can see in the screen here
If I understand correctly, you can see all your transactions in your personal cabinet, they are not obliged to provide personally, as you have everything in public access
I obviosly can‘t because my account is blocked because of gambling addiction. But i can assure you that this a curacao law and they are required to send me one in compliance with GDPR. They were contacted by their licensor CEG in 2022 and only because of this they send me one in 2022

Just saw the complaint was in 2023, they can‘t refuse a transaction list(GDPR)

Just another question regarding the self exclusion. If i ask to self exclude me from all santeda casinos at mystake and at rolletto do they have to do this or not? Cause i am not 100 percent sure about this law/term in curacao. But it isn‘t fair anyways

Here is the answer to your question. You were not required to be blocked in all brands. You had to write personally to each brand to do so. Regarding the transaction list, they will answer tomorrow. Leave your email so they can contact you.
Alright, can i send you the mailaddress as personal message? I also want to let you know that the transactions i can see at my bank account are from a lot of sub companies. If i deposit at one casino site all transactions should have santeda in it and not weird numbers or letters like this. Thats why i am asking for the transaction list and i can assure you it is not legal to decline this. They have to send me a transaction list within 30 days after i contacted them. At rolletto the 30 days are way over, but lets see if they will send me one
