Hi my husband has account with only win casino he has been playing and deposited and withdraw no issues September 7 2024 he won a jackpot of 2000$ on a slot machine in line and attempted to withdraw the funds it was rejected back to his account I have all the screen shots in line with support to ask them why happened I issues before when they took my money when I deposited the said I had multi accounts?? And it was again there bylines ?? Well that was unfairness we played he won and they came up with this excuse not pay him 2000$ when he withdrew money before no issues and deposited all the time so they took his money closed his account restricted from using his account money is lost we tried to contact curaçao gaming corporation and and Goodfly they are the ones who pay out we need help this money he lost was fair play bye there rules won they took his deposit money and his winnings away

The casino claimed I had multiple accounts, which is completely false. I have only ever had one account and never shared it with anyone.
