I won on imperial wins casino, as soon as I went to withdrawal my winnings and I got blocked, I emailed them they said they blocked me till they verify me, (which they already have) than finally 2 weeks later I got paid so I try to go back to the casino and I'm still blocked I asked them why they said because they stopped operating in Ontario which is not true because my husband is playing on their casino right now.

I'm not sure Mike. I just don't know how to go about this because the casino that I was blocked from is still active in Ontario because my husband is on it everyday, so I was lied to by Imperialwins casino numerous times and they are still sticking to their lie. Is this even fair or right? All because I beat a bonus I deposited on and they had to pay me I get blocked.. that's just not professional. Is there anything I can do?
