Canada 777 withdrawal issue

I have a complaint about Canada 777 I made a withdrawal request and I got no withdrawal so the next day I signed into the site and I saw that the are requesting verification again but I have already received withdrawal from them in the past but anyways I proceeded to upload the necessary documents that they requested and upon doing so it said that it's accepted and that I should close the prompt and that I can check the verification status on the site but there is no place on the site for me to check the verification status and now when I email them the emails bounce back to me and the live chat widget it's no longer available on the site and when I call them the calls drop each time before you can speak to anybody so I don't know what to do I'm uncertain of what's Happening and I need some help I can show you proof of me receiving withdrawals in the past from them and proof of the emails bouncing back and proof that the chat widget available on the site and I just need some help On the site I'm registered as o b e a h d o l l y
