withdraw issues

I tried several times to withdraw and always got a error message saying I cant withdraw and to contact the support, after contacting the support they said my account is verified and it's all good on their side and they say the problem it's on my side, after completing all the steps to (solve the problem) it wasn't working and now they don't want to find a way to make my withdraw possible and their excuses is that the problem is on my side.
