Rolletto took my winnings

Hello and good day! I had an account with rolletto and i played with them, when i tried to withdraw they asked for a video verification, i did it and they reviewed it for 14 days... they accepted it and my account is verified after that i requested a withdraw and i waited an other 4 days (3 days would be the maximum for withdraw in rolletto) today when i asked them when will i got my withdraw, they answered me in email about i violeted some terms (they did not clarify it) and they take my winnings away, i only have 1 account and i used mainly mobile internet (except when i traveled to egypt for holiday i logged and played from there too from wifi) so i dont know what is going on... please help me, thank you very muc!
