5 months after placing a preseason futures bet on the Seahawks to win the Superbowl…I am left with this Official Appeal: Sportaza support team...Greetings I am client #62875404 and Sportaza accepted my USA NFL Super Bowl winner futures wager on the Seattle Seahawks on August 29th of 2025 at 13:35. The futures wager was listed and confirmed at Odds 60, my stake was $200, and the bonus part was 50.00% (100.00). See 1st attached photo of your confirmation that the bet was accepted. On November 4th Lucia in Customer Support confirmed that "The bet is placed and will be updated so you can track it accordingly as soon as possible". See the 2nd attached photo of your confirmation that the bet was accepted. On January 11th Alex in Customer Support again confirmed that the bet was still active, saying "It is removed from the bet history but is still active, just not visible, also we advise players to not make bets on such large periods of time to avoid this issue." Sportaza offered the bet and the odds over 5 months before the Super Bowl, so I fail to see how the caution "to not make bets on such large periods of time" is valid. See the 3rd attached photo of Sportaza's confirmation that the bet still active. On February 8th, 3 hours after the Seattle Seahawks won the futures bet for me Glen from Customer Support indicated that postings would not appear online until 10 the following morning, and assured me that my inquiry re the bet was forwarded to the relevant department and I would "get an accurate answer." See the 4th attached photo. This morning, the 10th of February, Rodrigo, and then Summer, both from Customer Support, informed me "After reviewing your account, we can confirm that the bet in question was voided due to a system issue." !!! Summer then confirmed the previous quote and added "an email has been sent to your inbox after this issue has happened and you have been compensated with a $31.19 cash bonus on the following days" !!! See 5th attached photo. Therefore, you should consider this email as an Official Appeal. Sportaza offered the odds, which I accepted, and then Sportaza Customer Service repeatedly confirmed that the bet was active until the Seattle Seahawks won the Super Bowl. All of a sudden, after the bet was won, Sportaza is claiming that the bet was "voided due to a system issue." I contend that the only system issue is Fraud by Sportaza cheating me, your customer, out of my legitimate winnings.

Hello! We are very sorry that this has happened. We will try to resolve your issue, but this casino is not listed on our website, so we do not have a direct connection with them
Any advice?
