To get a gambling problem under control I’ve emailed their support many times to close my account and it was never acted on, only getting the same scripted email in responses. Other casinos close my account on request in chat when I identify I have a gambling problem: here they refuse to do so and tell me to email them with the request “because it’s legally required”. I thought I’d have better luck asking for a deposit limit but again support chat refuses to do this and email requests are not working . Is there a way I can get them to close my account? It’s too bad cause it’s a really good experience but RG is definitely a problem. Would have saved a lot of money over the last few months if they did close my account as I asked.

Unfortunately, some casinos do require you to send an email so that they can record your request and restrict your gaming. Please send us your casino account details and we will try to contact them.

Update: they finally applied a deposit limit to my account after many attempts to do so or close my account outright. I’d recommend not playing there until they improve their player protection and responsible gaming practices. Account closure or limit requests should be acted on immediately.

So here's an upd ate. They cancelled my deposit limit without my consent. I managed to se t a deposit limit and then a self exclusion for 1 year. They also cancelled those without my consent! I'm once again getting stock emails when I try to close my account and they refuse to do it in chat even when I clearly say I want to close my account because of a gambling problem. I have filed a complaint with the Curacao Gaming Authority. That's ridiculous they can't do that to players who want to address their gambling problem. I have never encountered anything like that in any online casino I've played in. I don't know if it's a software bug or they did this on purpose but I do not recommend playing there right now if you have gambling issues, they don't seem to take responsible gaming seriously.
