would like to file a formal complaint against BetsPlay Casino regarding the confiscation of my winnings and deposit following the completion of their bonus wagering requirements. I deposited $200 into my account and accepted the casino’s deposit bonus promotion. After carefully playing and completing all the required wagering requirements associated with the bonus, I accumulated total winnings of $5,000. Once I had successfully fulfilled the wagering requirements, I submitted a withdrawal request for $5,000. Following this request, I completed the casino’s account verification (KYC) process, providing all the documents required by the casino to verify my identity. My verification was approved, and there were no issues raised regarding my identity or account ownership. However, shortly after this process, the casino cancelled my withdrawal request and confiscated the entire balance of my account, including: My $5,000 in winnings My original $200 deposit The justification provided by the casino was that some of my bets allegedly exceeded the maximum bet limit allowed while playing with a bonus. This decision appears extremely unfair and unjustified for several reasons: 1. Lack of clear and visible rules At the time I accepted the bonus and made my deposit, the only clearly stated limitation was a maximum win of $10,000. There was no clearly visible or explicitly communicated rule stating that there was a strict maximum bet limit that could result in the confiscation of all winnings and deposits. If such a rule exists, it was not presented in a transparent or prominent manner at the time of accepting the bonus. 2. No system prevention of restricted bets On most reputable online casino platforms, when a player attempts to place a bet that exceeds the allowed limit while playing with an active bonus, the system automatically blocks the bet or prevents the player from placing it. In my case, the platform allowed me to place all my bets without any warning, restriction, or automatic limitation. At no point did the system notify me that my bets were exceeding a permitted threshold. Allowing bets to be placed freely and only later using those bets as justification to confiscate winnings is, in my opinion, misleading and unfair to players. 3. Confiscation of both winnings and deposit Not only were my $5,000 winnings removed, but the casino also confiscated my original $200 deposit, leaving my account balance at zero. This action appears particularly unreasonable since the deposit was made with my own funds. 4. Pattern of complaints from other players After researching the casino online, I discovered multiple negative reviews and similar complaints from other players reporting the same issue involving confiscated winnings and disputes related to bonus terms. This raises serious concerns regarding the fairness and integrity of the platform. Requested Resolution I respectfully request that this case be investigated and reviewed. My expectation is a fair resolution, which would include: The restoration and payment of my $5,000 winnings, or at the very least The refund of my original $200 deposit I am willing to provide any additional evidence necessary, including: Screenshots of my account Withdrawal request confirmations Communication with the casino’s support team Any relevant transaction records I sincerely hope that this complaint will lead to a fair and transparent resolution.
