I am submitting this complaint regarding a confirmed repayment of CAD $80,700 from RealSpin Casino that has not been delivered. On August 27, 2025, RealSpin Casino confirmed in writing that this amount was being processed for repayment and would be completed within one to two business days. A follow-up on September 2, 2025 again stated that the payment was being processed. Since that time, no payment has been received. It has now been over eight months without completion of a repayment that was already confirmed. Communication has been inconsistent, and no timeline or explanation has been provided. This complaint is not about gameplay or account activity. It is solely about the failure to deliver a confirmed repayment. I am requesting that this payment be completed or that a clear and verifiable timeline be provided. Documentation, including written confirmation of repayment, can be provided upon request.
