About two weeks ago, I registered there, made two deposits, and made a small test withdrawal, which arrived in my account within 24 hours. The next day, I deposited again and won almost €7,000. I then requested a withdrawal of €5,000, and it's been 10 days since then. Four days ago, support sent me an email with a link to verify my credit card, which I did immediately, and I was verified right away. I contacted live support and asked how much longer it would take since I was already fully verified. They confirmed that I was now fully verified and that the finance department would process it within 48 hours. Now, over four days have passed, and I still haven't received anything. When I inquire, I always get the same response: they apologize for the delay and claim it will be processed as quickly as possible. Please help!
