BetBoom Casino is deceiving players! I decided to take advantage of one of their promotions that offered a 100% bonus on your first deposit. I opened a new account and made a $200 deposit expecting to receive another $200 as a bonus. However, instead of a bonus, I was blocked! I read the terms of the promotion, and I am sure that I understood everything correctly, I did not violate anything. What could I have done wrong by giving them my money?? I also think there is something wrong with the transaction fees. Instead of the stated 2% they charged me 5%! This is absolutely dishonest. I tried repeatedly to contact their support team, but there was no response.
