They just stole my money

Hello! I tried to withdraw my $2651 funds from Karamba several times since August 20, 2023. Each time my withdrawal request was canceled without explanation. My account was fully verified before and all previous payments were successful. However, after the last deposit, problems arose. When I contacted the support service, they did not answer me anything about the case, they only asked for a bunch of documents. I confirmed invoices and documents a bunch of times, but was always refused. After my last request, my balance was reset to zero, and the withdrawal request was also deleted. They just stole my money. Could you help me understand this situation?
